STEB Goes Global!
What started as a volunteer initiative to bring modern biology and evolutionary thinking to Slovak high schools is now reaching readers worldwide.
We are thrilled to announce that a selection of 20 series from our STEB correspondence seminar is being published by the international publisher Springer Nature! The book, titled Everyday Evolution: Unveiling Life’s Hidden Patterns, is a testament to our mission of making high-level science accessible.

Cultural Heritage Under the Microscope: STEB Visits the Slovak Academy of Sciences in March 2026
What do history and molecular biology have in common? Our STEB students explored this connection firsthand at the Institute of Molecular Biology of the SAS.
Students witnessed how modern biotechnology "reads" the stories hidden in molecules to preserve our cultural past. This experience reinforces our mission: showing that science knows no disciplinary boundaries.
